A classic.
On the two minute mark, complete these four movements
- 5 burpees
- 10 kettlebell snatches 5/5
- 15 mountain climbers
- 20 kettlebell swings
We're doing 10 rounds of this.
Example: If you finish all the movements in 1:30, you will have 30 seconds to recover before starting again.
