2 twelve minute conditioning workout challenges

Challenge 1:
12 Minute AMRAP
  • 5 push-ups. or 1/2 burpees
  • 10 Swings or jumps (light DL’s work as well)
  • 15 mountain climbers
  • 20 calories row , bike, or ski erg

Rest 3 minutes 

Challenge 2:
12 Minute AMRAP
  • 5 pull-ups
  • 10 Prison squat (hands behind neck) or hindu squats, or Prison squat jumps
  • 15/15 medicine ball or Bulgarian bag twists
  • 20 squat thrusts,slam ball, or mace swings or Mace grave diggers (video)
