Don't rest on the rower! Hammer it out!
40 seconds work/ 20 seconds rest for 8 rounds on the GymBoss Timer.
No rest between rounds
- Kettlebell snatches: 20 seconds on each side
- Kettlebell push press: 20 seconds on each side
- Rower: hammer it out for 40 seconds
