Here's a conditioning circuit that the Milkman and I did yesterday

30 seconds work/15 seconds rest for 5 rounds

Take one minute rest between rounds
  • Air Dyne sprints
  • Jumping pull ups or burpee pull ups 
  • Battling ropes 
  • kettlebell swings 
  • Prowler or sandbag walking lunges
  • kettlebell high pulls
