Here's a conditioning circuit that the Milkman and I did yesterday
30 seconds work/15 seconds rest for 5 rounds
Take one minute rest between rounds
- Air Dyne sprints
- Jumping pull ups or burpee pull ups
- Battling ropes
- kettlebell swings
- Prowler or sandbag walking lunges
- kettlebell high pulls
