We’re kicking off 2023 with a thirty minute hyrid which will combine both strength and conditioning movements.

Only one class tomorrow in both locations on Monday which will be 8:30 AM.

FYI, January 2 is the actual birth of The Training Room.

Here’s your thirty minute strength and conditioning AMRAP.

  • 5 pull-ups or 10 ring rows
  • 10 Goblet squats
  • 15 push-ups or shoulder taps
  • 20 Swings or deadlift choice
  • 250 meter cardio choice
