Here’s your Friday Challenge…
Get as many rounds as you can of the following:
- 5 burpees, 8 squat thrusts or 10 slam ball
- 5/5 cleans, snatches or 10 high pulls
- 15 mountain climbers
- 20 kettlebell swings or body weight squats
- 250 meters of row,bike (500 meters), ski erg, versa climb or run the building
