Do 30 seconds of work/30 seconds of rest for 30 minutes

  • Kettlebell Suit case DL or trap bar DL
  • Power push up, ring push up, or push up 
  • Sit ups (slow) 
  • Back extension or heavy kettlebell swing 
  • Ring rows or pullups 
  • knees to chest, hanging knee raises, or swing set knees to chest
