- Kettlebell Suit case DL or trap bar DL
- Power push up, ring push up, or push up
- Sit ups (slow)
- Back extension or heavy kettlebell swing
- Ring rows or pullups
- knees to chest, hanging knee raises, or swing set knees to chest
