So, this ends up being 1 minute of work with 30 seconds of rest for 5 rounds.

  • Kettlebell snatches R/L
  • Sit ups
  • Kettlebell split squat R/L
  • Renegade row
  • Clean and press R/L

  • Weighted pull up ladders 4(1,2,3) 24kg
