- Sit ups
- Kettlebell split squat R/L
- Renegade row
- Clean and press R/L
5 minutes of get ups with 32kg
- Clean/press ladders 4(1,2,3) 32kg
- Weighted pull up ladders 4(1,2,3) 24kg
