First of all, a big congrats to Ryan for totally kicking ass last night in the Ring of Combat in Atlantic City.

He took his opponent down right away, had him in the mount until he arm barred him. The fight lasted about 2 minutes total.

This win brings his pro mma record to 3-0.

Here’s todays workout:

20 seconds of work of each exercise within the triplet non-stop for three rounds.

So, we will perform one triplet for three rounds non-stop, take a 1:30 rest before moving on to the next.

All three triplets will be performed twice.

Triplet 1:

  • kettlebell snatch or swing (right arm)
  • Kettlebell snatch or swing (left arm)
  • mountain climb

Triplet 2:

  • kettlebell high pull
  • kettlebell thruster
  • jump rope or jumping jacks

Triplet 3:

  • Jumping pull ups
  • 1/2 burpees
  • v-sits or sit throughs
