Three Minute Rounds

Speeding things up on a rainy Saturday with three minute rounds of conditioning to brighten up your day!

We will do 3 different conditioning triplets that will look like this…

20/20/20 x 3

Triplet 1

Perform twenty seconds of each movement for 3 rounds of non-stop movement.

  • Swing or step (right side)
  • Swing or step (left side)
  • Mountain climbers

Rest 2 minutes.

Triplet 2

  • High pull
  • Squat press
  • Jumping jacks or skaters

Rest 2 minutes.

Triplet 3

  • Air squat
  • 1/2 burpee or push up
  • ab choice

Rest

Repeat all 3 triplets again!
