 On Friday we will give you 3 options for strength day!

Choose your option and get to WORK!

Option 1

5×5 Man Maker Complex

Complete 5 sets of 5 man makers with 2 minutes of easy cardio (active rest between each set)

Watch the video below if you don’t know what a man maker is or you would like to see how to do it correctly.

Option 2

Man Maker AMRAP plus 250

Get as many rounds as you can of 5 man makers plus 250 meters of cardio choice (500 m bike) as you can in 25 minutes.

Option 3

Man Maker Circuit

30 seconds of work/20 seconds of rest x 6 rounds of the following movements…

  • Push ups
  • 1 arm row
  • clean, high pull or deadlift choice
  • single or double arm squat press
  • Ab choice
