4-8-12-16-20 reps
As fast as possible of these couplets:
- Kettlebell swings and Burpees
- Jumping pull ups and Wall Ball
- Kettlebell high pulls and Slam ball
Once your done with all reps on one couplet, move on to the next one.
Get through this as fast as possible!
