Metcon Triplets

3 minutes at each triplet doing 20 second intervals continuosly.  Go from one movement to the next without stopping.

Take 1:30 rest between each triplet and rotate through 2 times.

Here are the triplets:

  1. Jumping pull ups / thrusters / slamball
  2. Kettlebell swings / burpees / jumping jacks
  3. Kettlebell snatch L / Kettlebell snatch R / mountain climbers

Don’t forget!!  We will be starting our Summer schedule on Saturday.  Classes will be 7:30-8:30 and 8:30-9:30.
