3 rounds:

  • 30 Box Jumps
  • 30 mountain climbers
  • 30 kettlebell swings
  • 30 burpees
  • 30 kettlebell snatches 15r/15l

Get this done as quickly as possible!

Beginners will do 25 or 20 reps of this.  If you are not comfortable with box jumps, you will do air squats.
