6 rounds

  1. Pistols, assisted pistols, or box lunges L/R
  2. Kettlebell clean and press L/R
  3. Snatch or swing R/L
  4. Renegade row(40 seconds) or 1 arm row(L/R)
  5. Get ups (R/L) or walkouts(40 seconds)

Go through this workout like a circuit.  Switch from right to left every 20 seconds were appropriate and take a 20 second rest between stations. 

You will perform the renegade rows and walkouts for 40 seconds.

Rest for 40 seconds between rounds.
