Conditioning Couplets

20,16,12,8,4

Go back and forth between each movement of each couplet completing all the required reps before moving on to the next couplet.

Couplets:

  1. Dumbell thrusters and jumping pull ups
  2. Snatches R/L 10/10,8/8,6/6,4/4,2/2 and Burpees
  3. Kettlebell swings and situps or Rower(cals) and Mountain climbers
