Do 20 seconds of work/ 20 seconds rest for 7 rounds at each couplet.

Use the first 2 rounds as a warm-up

Take 1-2 minutes rest between couplets

  • Kettlebell front squats / pull ups
  • Hanging knee raise / back extention
  • Kettlebell clean and press(right) / kettlebell clean and press (left)
