Simple doesn’t exactly mean easy!
15 seconds work/15 seconds rest/15 seconds work: Gymboss Timer is key!
- Kettlebell Snatches, 1 hand high pulls or 1 hand swings
2 minute rest
- Slam ball
Do kettlebell snatches for 15 seconds on the right side, take 15 seconds, do 15 seconds of snatches on the left followed by 15 seconds of rest. Repeat this process for 10 minutes. Take a 2 minute rest before moving on to the next fun station of burpees and slamball.
Do 15 seconds of burpees, take a 15 second rest followed by 15 seconds of slamball, take 15 seconds of rest and repeat for 10 minutes of exiloration!
Throw on a weighted vest for a more exilorating experiance!
