"One person, one kettlebell, one great time!!"

Go through this one side at a time as quickly as possible.  Go through each drill first with one arm, then with the other arm for:

10,8,6,4,2 reps and do the appropriate amount of situps at the end after each round.

1 hand swings

1 hand cleans

1 hand push press

1 hand racked front squat

1 arm row
