Four years ago, Alex, AKA "Candy Man" was involved in a horrific automobile accident which left him in a coma for 4 months.

As a result of this accident, he was left with too many injuries to list including, broken bones, dislocations and permanent damage to his brain.

When Alex first walked through our doors, his coordination, strength and balance as well his confidence were compromised.

We worked and progressed slowly and steadily with simple body weight movements, bands, light weights and simple balance drills.

After Alex graduated from what he called "Fitness Kindergarten", he went on to move ments like the deadlift, press, clean, and kettlebell swing.

To make a long story short, he has transformed himself into a very strong, and still getting stronger,  confident man.
