50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood /or use a lighter kb if needed
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows /if needed, do situps
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball /sub thrusters if needed
50 Burpees /sub jumping jacks if needed
50 Double unders
Get ready for some tire flipping and jumping
