Thursday AMRAP Challenge
Thursday at is a conditioning focus and we will take this familiar Training Room classic (with an added cardio bonus) and make it a 25 minute AMRAP challenge!
Let’s see how many rounds you can get in 25 minutes of the following movements…
- 5 burpees, squat thrusts or slam
- 5/5 cleans or snatches
- 15 mountain climbers
- 20 kettlebell swings
- 250 meters cardio choice (500 bike) or run around the building
