Thursday Intervals

Thursday is a cardio focus with ladder down cardio intervals that will have your heart and lungs thanking you!

We will be deceasing both the work and recovery intervals with each set as we ladder down!

As the time decreases for each set, the intensity should increase.

To get the most out of this one, make sure to pick up the pace as you go!

We will be choosing form 4 different cardio items and perfoming the following work and recovery intervals at each item.

Intervals look like this:

  • 2 minutes work hard/1 minute active rest (keep moving lightly on recovery)
  • 1:30 work hard/ 45 seconds recovery
  • 1 minute work hard/30 seconds recovery
  • 30 second sprint, rest, and move on to your next item
