Thursday is Strength Day!
Training Room Family! It’s time for some STRENGTH on Thursday!
We will be starting our Outdoor Training Room Strength & Conditioning Classes this Saturday in both Avon and Manasquan.
In order to make this efficient and effective, everyone will need to sign-up in advance. You should have received an email with updates and information as we move forward with our first phase of reopening! If you did not receive an email, and would like to be on our email list let us know in the comments.
Thank you for your patience as we navigate uncharted territory. We are fortunate to have access to outdoor space and we can’t wait to see you back at the gyms!
Thursday’s Strength Workout:
15 work/15 rest x 6 rounds:
- Clean R or birddog (1 side)
- Clean L or birddog (other side)
- Press R or 1 arm push up
- Press L or 1 arm push up
- Split Squat R
- Split Squat L
- Row R
- Row L
- Ab Choice
