Keep it simple.  YOU get to choose between Kettlebell or Bodyweight Strength or a hybrid of the two!

30 Minutes on the Clock… let’s GO…

It’s not a race, go at your own pace!

  • 10 swings or Superman’s
  • 10 push-ups
  • 10 cleans or single leg deadlifts 
  • 5/5 presses or 10 down dog press
  • 10 squats or 5/5 split squats or lunges 
  • 10 ring rows or 5/5 rows or 5 pull-ups
  • 5 walkouts or 10 Ab Choice 
  • **Optional 10 calories! **
