Hey guys…
Since most holiday training sessions attract a big crowd, we will be running two sessions.
Tomorrow’s sessions are at 7 and 8 am in both locations…
We will will keep the training simple and effective (as usual)
We will go with a 15/15 body weight circuit with some kettlebell options…
Do 10 rounds (30 minutes)of the following movements working for 15 and resting for 15
- Push-ups (any kind)
- prison squats, deck squats or squat jumps
- AB choice
- ring rows
- swings
- jump rope, bike, row, ski (or anything else that you would like to do to get your heart rate up)
