10 minute couplets
- Perform 15 seconds of work/15 seconds of rest for 10 minutes at each couplet.
- Alternate between movements
- Take a 2 minute rest between each 10 minute couplet
Here are the couplets:
- Kettlebell swings
- Squat jumps or air squat
- Jumping pull ups
- Slam ball or mountain climbers
Try to maintain consistant reps on each movement through out each couplet!
