10 minute couplets

  • Perform 15 seconds of work/15 seconds of rest for 10 minutes at each couplet.
  • Alternate between movements
  • Take a 2 minute rest between each 10 minute couplet

Here are the couplets:

  1. Kettlebell swings
  2. Squat jumps or air squat
  1. Jumping pull ups
  2. Slam ball or mountain climbers

Try to maintain consistant reps on each movement through out each couplet!
