Thursday’s 30 Minute Hybrid

Hey Training Room friends!

We will combine strength with some conditioning on Thursday for a simple 30 minute hybrid!

Now, here’s what we’re doing on Thursday!

30 minute hybrid of body weight strength and conditioning.
  • 400 meter cardio choice
  • 5 pull-ups (any kind)
  • 10 push-ups
  • 15 body weight squats (add a light bell, med ball or mace if you want)
  • 20 yard low and controlled crawl or 20/20 mountain climbers
