Training Room Family… it’s Conditioning Day!

Thursday’s looking fabulous with this descending rest interval conditioning circuit!

We still have our punch cards available for anyone not ready to fully commit to a membership.  You can look at our training options for MANASQUAN or AVON to sign up.

We are also running an Athlete Program in Manasquan and a Middle School/ High School Group in Avon.

Thursday’s Conditioning Circuit!

INTERVALS: 30/25,30/20,30/15,30/10,30/5


  1. Jump-pulls
  2. Slam or Sledge
  3. Step-up or Run
  4. Broad jump or swings
  5. Skaters
  6. Crab toes
  7. Squat Thrusts
  8. Cardio Choice or Jump Rope 

Rest 1 Minute between each round!

Push yourself a little more each round and stay FOCUSED!
