Good morning!
Lets crank some heavier stuff today.
Today we’ll do a nice and simple stationary kettlebell strength circuit.
When training with groups, we find that timed sets are the best way of getting a good amount of work done in a short period of time.
Timed work and rest periods keep the training session flowing and a don’t allow for wasted time.
This type of training is perfect for home as well.
We’ll do 5 minutes of joint mobility and and tow round circuit warm up first.
Grab one bell to start, but keep some heavier ones around so you can move up in weight as the workout progresses.
Here’ the circuit.
20 seconds work/20 seconds rest for 6 rounds non-stop of the following:
- Kettlebell snatch r/l
- Kettlebell press r/l
- Kettlebell split squat r/l
- Kettlebell one arm row r/l
- walkouts or rollouts
You will take 2 seconds rest between sides, when you get to walkouts, you will perform them for 40 seconds.
Here’s a video explaining.
