Thursday is STRENGTH Day! 

Time to slow it down and concentrate on technique and try to work on full range of motion, especially on your weakest areas.  Go heavy if you like, but make sure you keep the integrity of your joints!  

Intervals will be 30 work/ 30 rest x 6 rounds

  •  Kettlebell, Suitcase or Trap Bar Deadlifts
  • Strict overhead press (a little rotation is OK)
  • Pull-ups
  • Ab Choice
  • Easy Cardio

Finisher:

5min non-stop max effort on 1 Exercise!  Choose between:

  • Rower
  • Bike
  • Ski
  • Run
  • Kettlebell Sport
  • Bodyweight Exercise (like Jump Rope or Burpees if you like them)
