Old School 2 Minute Torture for Monday.

Do the hard stuff this week and your body and mind will thank you.

Let’s revisit this classic!

Monday’s 2 minute torture will be done (old school) on the 2 minute mark of 10 rounds (20 minutes).

Conditioning day never looked better!

We will be doing a nice long warm-up before completing this one on Wednesday.

Do the following movements for 10 rounds!

  • Burpee, squat thrust or push ups 5 reps
  • Kettlebell snatch 5/5 or high pull 10
  • Mountain climbers 15
  • kettlebell swings, squats or jumps 20

Example:  If you finish all of this in 1:30, you will have 30 seconds before you have to start again.
