It’s conditioning day!

Today’s challenge workout is one of several versions of one of our top 10.

You will need a good warm up before attempting this.

Warm up: start with 5 minutes of joint mobility

  • 10 kettlebell swings
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 kettlebell high pulls
  • 5 presses
  • 5 goblet squats ‘
  • 5 thrusters
  • 5/5 one arm rows
  • 15 jumping jacks
  • 15 bicycles

Round 2 warm up:

  • 4/4 one handed kettlebell swings
  • 8 push ups
  • 4/4 cleans
  • 4/4 push press
  • 5 burpees
  • 4/4 kettlebell snatches or 8 snatch pulls
  • 15 jumping jacks
  • 15 mountain climbers

Here’s the workout:

Do 10 rounds of the following as fast as possible with one kettlebell of medium weight.

The goal here is to do this under 20 minutes

  • 5 burpees
  • 5/5 kettlebell snatches or 10 snatch pulls
  • 15 mountain climbers
  • 20 kettlebell swings
