It’s conditioning day!
Today’s challenge workout is one of several versions of one of our top 10.
You will need a good warm up before attempting this.
Warm up: start with 5 minutes of joint mobility
- 10 kettlebell swings
- 10 push ups
- 10 kettlebell high pulls
- 5 presses
- 5 goblet squats ‘
- 5 thrusters
- 5/5 one arm rows
- 15 jumping jacks
- 15 bicycles
Round 2 warm up:
- 4/4 one handed kettlebell swings
- 8 push ups
- 4/4 cleans
- 4/4 push press
- 5 burpees
- 4/4 kettlebell snatches or 8 snatch pulls
- 15 jumping jacks
- 15 mountain climbers
Here’s the workout:
Do 10 rounds of the following as fast as possible with one kettlebell of medium weight.
The goal here is to do this under 20 minutes
- 5 burpees
- 5/5 kettlebell snatches or 10 snatch pulls
- 15 mountain climbers
- 20 kettlebell swings
