Today we’ll be busting out our weekly challenge workout.

Challenge workouts push your limits a bit.

They also expose weaknesses you may have.

Yes, everyone has weaknesses.

Even The Milkman has weaknesses!

BTW, today’s workout can be done anywhere.

Get a nice warm up including some joint mobility.

Sample warm up would look like this: 20 seconds work/20 seconds rest for 3 rounds of:

  • jump rope
  • push ups/half burpees on the round 3
  • Rower/jog or jumping jacks

We’ll give you a few options to choose from.

Get as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes of:

  • 400 meter run, row or ski erg, or do 300 revolutions on the jump rope
  • 25 burpees

I did this one this morning using the jump rope option and got 5 rounds.  Boxing Mike took the run option and did 6 rounds.
