Today is challenge day!

We do one challenge workout per week, and today is that day.

Start out with joint mobility and then do a two round circuit warm up.

We’ll give you 3 levels of this workout.  Advanced people should choose level 3.

Make sure to post a comment below and tell us what level you chose, and what your time was for this workout.

Level 1: Break this up and do it circuit style. For example do 20 rounds of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups and 15 squats

  • 100 Jumping or kipping pull ups
  • 200 Push ups (regular or modified)
  • 300 body weight squats

Level 2: Finish each movement before moving to the next of

  • 100 Jumping or kipping pull ups
  • 200 push ups
  • 300 body weight squats

Level 3: Do unbroken or circuit style

  • Complete 1,600 meter row or run
  • 100 pull ups
  • 200 push ups
  • 300 body weight squats
  • Finish with 1,600 meter row or run
