Today is challenge day!
We will do a nice long warm up starting with 5 minutes of joint mobility.
Two rounds of kettlebell and body weight warm up:
- 10 swings
- 10 push ups
- 10 high pulls
- 5 press
- 5 squat
- 5 thruster
- 10 mountain climbers
- 15 jumping jacks
- 15 bicycles
Round 2
- 4/4 swings
- 8 push ups
- 4/4 cleans
- 4/4 press
- 4/4 snatch
- 8 burpees
- 4/4 clean and press
- 15 jumping jacks
- 15 bicycles
Go through once for time!
Kettlebell 300 Challenge: Advance men should use a 24kg, advanced women use a 16 kg. Complete all reps on one side before moving to the next.
- 25 V sits
- 25/25 kettlebell snatch
- 25 push ups (dead start)
- 50 kettlebell swings
- 50 squat thrusts
- 25/25 kettlebell clean and press
- 50 mountain climbers (on each side)
