Today is challenge day!

We will do a nice long warm up starting with 5 minutes of joint mobility.

Two rounds of kettlebell and body weight warm up:

  • 10 swings
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 high pulls
  • 5 press
  • 5 squat
  • 5 thruster
  • 10 mountain climbers
  • 15 jumping jacks
  • 15 bicycles

Round 2

  • 4/4 swings
  • 8 push ups
  • 4/4 cleans
  • 4/4 press
  • 4/4 snatch
  • 8 burpees
  • 4/4 clean and press
  • 15 jumping jacks
  • 15 bicycles

Go through once for time!

Kettlebell 300 Challenge: Advance men should use a 24kg, advanced women use a 16 kg.  Complete all reps on one side before moving to the next.

  • 25 V sits
  • 25/25 kettlebell snatch
  • 25 push ups (dead start)
  • 50 kettlebell  swings
  • 50 squat thrusts
  • 25/25 kettlebell clean and press
  • 50 mountain climbers (on each side)
