Kettlebell and Body Weight Challenge day!
All you need is one kettlebell for this, so you can perform it anywhere.
Start out with some joint mobility and then a circuit warm up to elevate the heart rate and prepare yourself for this conditioning workout.
There will be a few options for those of you who don not feel comfortable, or cannot do kettlebell snatches due to injury or what ever issue you may have.
Go up and down the ladder as fast as possible with good technique when performing this couplet ladder.
Advanced men use a 24kg and advanced women use a 16kg.
1-10 reps and then 10-1: Alternate between the two movements going up and down the ladder.
- Kettlebell snatch, Snatch pull or one handed swing
- Burpee (with a push up and jump)
On the burpee, the chest must hit the ground, and then the hands must come up off the ground before performing the push up. This makes it impossible to cheat.
