Happy day after the 4th of July.
Apparently today is a holiday, so we did our usual 8am holiday workout.
Today’s workout can be done anywhere with one kettlebell.
Today we took the group down to the beach for a single kettlebell blaster.
We started out with some joint mobility and then did our usual kettlebell warm up.
The workout was 15 seconds work/15 seconds rest of the following movements.
We stayed on one side and completed all the movements, and then moved to the other side.
After completing both sides, we rested for one mintute.
We completed 4 rounds on each arm.
- Kettlebell snatches or swings
- Kettlebell cleans
- Kettlebell push presses
- kettlebell front squats
- kettlebell one arm rows
- burpees or mountain climbers.
