This could be one of the most efficient kettlebell workouts you will do!
I can’t believe it’s this warm in November!
There were several 6am’ers out in the court yard of crush this morning including the G-man!
We’ll start out with a nice long warm up.
Your warm up may be longer then todays workout.
We’ll do 3 rounds of circuit warm up: 20 seconds work/20 seconds rest. Kick up the intensity with each round.
- ring rows
- squats/drop squats
- push ups/half burpees/burpees
- swings/snatches
- bicycles/mountain climbers
- mb or kb Thrusters
- jumping jacks
Today’s workout will look like this:
Get through this as quickly as possible while using great form!
1-10, 10-1 reps of
If you choose the snatch pull option, you will do 20,18,16,14…..down to 2 reps.
You will travel up the ladder on the snatches 1/1,2/2,3/3,4/4…. etc
And, down on the burpees from 10-1
- Kettlebell snatch or snatch pull
- Burpees
If you have a beginner or an issue with overhead lifts for some reason, you can do swings.
