The Training Room Deck of Cards

Hey Training Room family!

There will be NO 7 PM class in Avon tomorrow due to the holiday.

That will be the only change to the schedule.

Monday is a strength day, but this one can also get your heart pumping!

The deck of cards can be done with bells or your own body weight which makes it doable for EVERYONE! 

You can even combine both kettlebells, dumbbells and body weight.

  • Squat Press (single or double)
  • Kettlebell Row or body weight ring row
  • ab choice
  • Cardio calories, Jumping Jacks x 2, or jump rope x 3
