Strength Training for LIFE
YES, some type strength training should be a life long commitment!
Strength training for life doesn’t have to be heavy or elaborate, but it does need to suite your every day needs!
There is NO doubt that building and maintaining some level of strength throughout your life can actually SAVE your life!
BUT, how strong do YOU need to be in order to fulfill your lifestyle’s needs?
At The Training Room, we believe that we can taylor ALL of our strength sessions for each individual’s needs.
BUT, in order to do this we will need YOU to ask questions and let us know if you have any specific goals in mind.
There will be MORE talk about this subject PLUS a mobility seminar coming up sometime in MAY that will be free to all members.
This seminar will be offered to you in order to address any specific needs you may have in the area of injury, overuse or pain on certain movements (in and out of the gym).
ALSO…
If you have ANY friends that you think would enjoy our training please send them our way!
EVEN it they are new to the gym, have been injured or slightly intimidated they can come to our beginner class!
