Here’s what’s happening…
“TRAINING ROOM 500” STRENGTH ENDURANCE CHALLENGE
We did this one 4 weeks ago!
Do you remember how you did?
ALSO REMEMBER…
We WILL have options for ALL levels.
You do what’s best for YOU!
- 100 Snatches, Cleans, or swings
- Do 100 push-presses
- 100 Air squats or Walking Lunges
- Do 100 yard Crawl
- 100 calories or 1 mile run
Option 1 (easiest option)
Alternate with a partner and do sets of 10
Option 2 (medium option)
Go solo and do it as a circuit in sets of 10
Option 3 (Fire breathing extreme option)
Complete exercise before moving to the next!
REMEMBER…
The Training Room created events, fun activities and weekly challenges to help EVERYONE, including ourselves stay engaged and push ourselves a bit harder while giving back to the community.
