We will be running one class on Monday on the beach in both Avon and Manasquan.
Avon class will be in the usual spot and we will be on Sea Watch Beach in Squan.
The parking situation may be tough in Squan so get there early or ride your bike if that’s possible.
Saturday conditioning will look like this…
Old School Circuit
Intervals are 30/25, 30/20, 25/15, 20/10 x 2
Rest one minute between rounds.
- battling ropes
- Jump rope or jumping jacks
- 1/2 burpees
- Drop squats
- power knees to chest or crab toe
- Cardio choice
