This will be taking place on Monday 8/12 at Avon beach.

It’s conditioning day and we’ll be going with a classic Training Room conditioning circuit.

You will enjoy this one.

Four rounds

  1. 30 seconds work/25 seconds rest
  2. 30 work/20 rest
  3. 25/15
  4. 20/10 x 2 (complete two rounds at each station before moving on)

1 minute rest between each round

  • Pull ups (ring assisted or regular)
  • Kettlebell or med ball clean squat
  • V-sit or crab toe touch
  • Suicide run, rower, or air dyne sprints
  • 1/2 burpees or alligator push-ups
  • Russian twist
  • Jumping Jacks or Jump Rope
