The next TR event is the Avon Raft Race…
This will be taking place on Monday 8/12 at Avon beach.
Come out and watch Team TR defend the title!
It’s conditioning day and we’ll be going with a classic Training Room conditioning circuit.
You will enjoy this one.
Four rounds
- 30 seconds work/25 seconds rest
- 30 work/20 rest
- 25/15
- 20/10 x 2 (complete two rounds at each station before moving on)
1 minute rest between each round
- Pull ups (ring assisted or regular)
- Kettlebell or med ball clean squat
- V-sit or crab toe touch
- Suicide run, rower, or air dyne sprints
- 1/2 burpees or alligator push-ups
- Russian twist
- Jumping Jacks or Jump Rope
