The Training Room Deck of Cards

Hey Training Room family!

Tomorrow, we will be holding our normal morning schedule ONLY.

NO PM classes Christmas Eve!
Monday is a strength day, but this one can also get your heart pumping!

The deck of cards can be done with bells or your own body weight.

You can even combine both!

  • Squat Press (single or double)
  • Kettlebell Row or body weight ring row
  • ab choice
  • Cardio calories, Jumping Jacks x 2, or jump rope x 3
