Hey TR people!

We’ve got a nice kettlebell strength ladder for you today…

You will have the option of using 1 or 2 bells with this.

Do your kettlebell warm up…

Then complete these movements in ladder fashion

10,8,6,4,2 reps

You can do this as a circuit or partner up and complete each movement.

You can also do this as a couplet if you wish alternating between two movements.

Work up in weight as you go down in reps.

After each ladder…

Finish with a drop set with a lighter weight and compete as many reps as you can of each movement.

Here are the movements

  • Double kettlebell front squats or goblet squats
  • Double kettlebell bench press or single kettlebell bench press
  • Pull ups
  • Abdominal choice (windmills, get ups,walkouts…)
