Here’s what we’re doing…
1 minute of work/30 seconds of rest for 4 rounds of the following circuit…

The goal here is to get as many reps or calories as possible.

Keep track of your numbers and see what you get.

5 stations x 4 rounds

  • Rower (calories)
  • Push-press
  • Bike (calories)
  • Snatch or clean
  • Burpee or squat thrust
