See if you’re feeling the magic!
Remember, we can adjust ANY movement for ANY level
30/30 or 40 x 5 rounds of heavy or heavy-ish sets
- Any type of dead lift
- Chest or shoulder press/landmine/jammer press from any position
- Any Pull-up angle
- Any ab movement
- Easy cardio (perhaps some pulsing)
Finisher:
Single or double kettlebell
- 30 seconds of cleans
- 30 seconds rack hold x 4 rounds
