Hey guys…

Wednesday is conditioning day.

Keep it pretty simple as usual.

We will warm up with two round circuit warm up.

Today’s session can be done with a partner or solo.

If you are partnered up, one partner will work and the other will rest and encourage their partner.

You will pick 3 different activities and do 1 minute of work and take a 1 minute recovery.

Do 5 rounds on each one.

You will transition to each one smoothly (just take your minute rest to get set up)

Pick 3 of the following:

  • Run
  • Row
  • Ski
  • Bike
  • Versa
  • Jump rope
