Triple Challenge

You’ve got triple the challenge on Friday!  

THREE 10 MINUTE CHALLENGES to set yourself up for a spectacular day and weekend! 

Get in as many sets as you can in 10 Minutes for each challenge.  Maintain good form but push yourself to work hard!  If you work hard & smart during this workout you should not feel like you need anything additional except a nice long stretch or walk!   

3 x 10 minute Challenges:

Challenge # 1.

  • 20 air squats
  • 15mt. Climbers
  • 10 high pulls
  • 5 burpees:

Challenge # 2.

  • 20swings
  • 15 knees to chest 
  • 10 skaters
  • 50JR or 25 JJs:

Challenge # 3.

  • 20 quick-steps or taps(each leg)
  • 15 twists
  • 10 sq thrusts or squat press 
  • 5 calories or 50 yard run:

*2 minute rest between sets

Challenge Option at HOME!

Go 5 Rounds on a Timer – push yourself to get in reps without compromising form:

  • 2 min Cardio
  • 1 min. Crawl
  • 45 sec. High Steps
  • 30 sec. High Pulls
  • 15 sec. Squat Press
